目的:探讨模拟HiLo对女子赛艇运动员血液铁代谢及红细胞、血红蛋白等指标的影响。方法:以上海赛艇队13名女子运动员为研究对象,分为HiLo组(实验组,7人)和LoLo组(对照组,6人)。HiLo组每周6天低氧睡眠(氧分压为15.4%),每天10~12h,共4周,其余时间在常氧环境下生活和训练;LoLo组在常氧环境下生活和训练。分别在训练前,训练中第5、12、26天和训练后第5、12天进行血清铁、血清总铁结合力以及红细胞、血红蛋白等指标的测试与分析。结果:(1)HiLo组Hb、RBC在HiLo期间的第26天和HiLo后第5天显著高于HiLo前(P<0.05),HiLo后第12天基本恢复至HiLo前水平。(2)HiLo组血清总铁结合力在HiLo期间和HiLo后均高于HiLo前水平,其最大值出现在第12天,第26天血清总铁结合力降低,HiLo后第5天又开始回升,并且在HiLo后第12天显著高于同期LoLo组(P<0.05);HiLo组血清铁在HiLo期间和HiLo后与Hi-Lo前比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:女子赛艇运动员RBC和Hb在4周模拟HiLo后期明显升高,在时相上表现为血清总铁结合力升高之后RBC、Hb增加。
Objective: To investigate the effects of simulated HiLo on the blood iron metabolism, erythrocyte and hemoglobin in female rowers. Methods: Thirteen female athletes from Shanghai Rowing Team were divided into HiLo group (experimental group, 7 persons) and LoLo group (control group, 6 persons). The HiLo group was hypoxemic sleeping (oxygen partial pressure 15.4%) six days a week for 10-12 hours a day for 4 weeks, and the rest of the day was living and training under normoxia. The LoLo group was living and training under normoxic conditions. Serum iron, total iron binding capacity, red blood cells and hemoglobin were tested and analyzed before training, 5,12,26 days and 5,12 days after training respectively. Results: (1) The Hb and RBC in HiLo group were significantly higher than those in HiLo on the 26th day and the 5th day after HiLo (P <0.05), and returned to the pre-HiLo level on the 12th day after HiLo. (2) Serum total iron-binding capacity of HiLo group was higher than that of HiLo level before HiLo and the maximum value of HiLo appeared on the 12th day. The serum total iron-binding capacity decreased on the 26th day, and began to rise again on the 5th day after HiLo , And significantly higher than that of LoLo group on the 12th day after HiLo (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum HiLo between HiLo group and HiLo group before HiLo (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: RBC and Hb of female rowers were significantly increased in the late 4-week simulated HiLo phase, showing an increase in RBC and Hb after the serum total iron-binding capacity increased in the time phase.
