石墨炉AAS分析灵敏度很高,但基体干扰严重。为克服基体干扰,使之能直接分析一些基体复杂或基体物质较多的样品,L’vov提出了石墨炉平台技术。由于平台主要是靠辐射升温,达到预定的原子化温度时,石墨管及其中的气氛已达到较高而近于恒定的温度。因此,能减少甚至能完全消除基体干扰,降低背景信号,并能提高易挥发和中等挥发元素的灵敏度,改善分析精度和延长石墨管寿命。根据日立标准石墨管的形状特点,我们用旧石墨管改制了两种平台。效果良好。
