电动汽车具备低碳、环保、高效、经济等多重优势,但由于动力电池、技术标准、充换电基础设施等瓶颈,其推广应用困难重重。如何创新商业模式,激活电动汽车消费需求,是实现城市交通低碳转型的重大课题。电动汽车共享系统(EVSS)运用物联网和(移动)互联网技术,通过所有权与使用权的分离,实现电动汽车分时租赁共享;通过构建技术兼容和标准统一的充换电网络,实现基础设施共享;通过数据信息共享与大数据分析处理,实现资源优化配置;最终,通过政府政策支撑共享系统基础设施建设和“路演”为电动汽车进入家庭奠定基础。
Electric vehicles have multiple advantages of low-carbon, environmental protection, high efficiency and economy. However, due to bottlenecks such as power battery, technical standards and infrastructure for charging and discharging, electric vehicles have a lot of difficulties in popularization and application. How to innovate the business model and activate consumer demand for electric vehicles is a major issue to realize the transformation of urban transportation into a low-carbon economy. EVSS uses Internet of Things (IoT) and (Mobile) Internet technologies to enable e-leased-share sharing through the separation of ownership and usufruct; and infrastructure sharing through the construction of technology-compatible and standard unified charge-and-swap networks ; Through data information sharing and big data analysis and processing, to achieve optimal allocation of resources; Finally, through the government policy to support shared system infrastructure and “Roadshow ” for the electric car to enter the family to lay the foundation.
