“学习掌握法”是美国的布卢姗于20世纪60年代提出的在教学中有效使用反馈矫正,为学生提供各自需要的时间和帮助,使绝大多数人达到学业规定要求的教学理论和实践,其思想源于美国卡罗尔关于学校学习模式的研究。布卢姗在分析学生能力倾向分布后对学习成绩按正态曲线分布提出疑义。认为只要学习者能明确教学目标,具备掌握该项学习任务必要的知识、技能,肯花时间,具备学好的意愿,教师提供必要的帮助和学习时间,有效使用反馈
