Taoist health, is a kind of healthy lifestyle based on the harmony of body and mind, and natural and social harmony. It is an advanced concept with both modernity and operability, thus presenting a new vitality to the present. The development of modern science and technology has provided people with increasingly rich material and living conditions, but people’s physical and mental harmony has not been with them.
