本文阐述了稀土复合固氮菌剂中稀土元素增效作用的试验结果。表明稀土元素对8种固氮菌菌体的增殖,固氮活性和激素等次级代谢产物的产生,在100~300mg(RE_2O_3)/kg ̄(-1)培养液浓度范围内有较明显的促进作用,稀土元素与氮、磷、钾大量元素和微量元素复合,可呈现出明显的加合效应。试验表明,稀土与大量,微量元素的适当配比,不仅可促进作物种子发芽,改善作物的产量构成因素,提高作物产量,而且还可保证固氮菌剂产品质量、避免传统菌肥施用时前期肥效不稳、菌剂中菌体增殖缓慢等问题。
In this paper, the experimental results of rare earth elements synergism in rare earth composite azotobacter were described.
