建筑业作为国民经济的重要支柱产业之一,在国民经济中的地位和作用越来越显得尤为重要。随着住宅商品化、经济化、保障化及城镇住宅改革的不断深入,因住房的质量问题、功能问题的矛盾也时时出现,广大居民对建筑工程质量特别是住宅工程质量反映更为强烈。进一步提高建筑施工、设备安装等工程质量,特别是确保建筑物使用功能,多建造精品工程,品牌工程,已成为建设系统广大从业人员肩负的历史责任。如何保障建筑工程质量,如何强化施工过程管理?这里,笔者简要地谈谈自己粗浅的看法。
As one of the important pillar industries of the national economy, the construction industry plays an increasingly important role in the national economy. With the commercialization, economicization and protection of residential buildings and the deepening of urban housing reform, the contradictions of the quality problems and functional problems of housing also appear from time to time. The majority of residents reflect the quality of construction projects especially the quality of residential projects more strongly. To further improve the quality of construction, equipment installation and other projects, in particular to ensure the use of buildings, build more quality works and brand projects, it has become the historical responsibility of the general practitioners in the construction system. How to protect the quality of construction projects, how to strengthen the construction process management? Here, I briefly talk about their superficial views.
