寄主与病原物相互关系的定量研究工作中,难于解决的是定量接种。其难点有二:一是难于准确地在植株上接种一定的菌量;其次是无法检查接种到植株上的病原菌孢子数。我们从研究小麦的慢叶锈性的需要出发,在1982、1983两年探索叶锈菌定量接种方法,用“植株直接定量接种法”、“水洋菜薄膜定量接种法”和“空气压缩喷粉沉降纸片定量接种法”。经过两年几十次接种试验比较认为:“植株直接定量接种法”同一处理误差可达50%以上,无试验意义;“水洋菜薄膜定量
