本文收集我院近年来胃肠道双对比造影检查并经手术与病理证实的４例胃癌，其中３例早期胃癌。其粘膜面的Ｘ线表现，按Ｃｈｉｎ氏标准属于粘膜下癌，与病理检查完全吻合，另一例是胃窦前壁病变，为胃双对比检查之难点；着重讨论了检查方法。本文对早期胃癌的Ｘ线表现分别介绍了粘膜癌与粘膜下癌不同之点，认为是一项值得进一步开展研究和富有前景的工作
This article collected in our hospital in recent years, double contrast gastrointestinal biopsy confirmed by surgery and pathology in 4 cases of gastric cancer, including 3 cases of early gastric cancer. The mucosal surface of the X-ray performance, according to Chin’s criteria is a submucosal cancer, completely consistent with the pathological examination, and the other is the anterior gastric wall lesions for gastric double contrast check the difficulty; focuses on the examination method. This article describes the differences between mucosal cancer and submucosal cancer on the X-ray findings of early gastric cancer, which is considered as a worthy further study and promising work
