采用间乙基苯酚和甲醛为原料制备介孔结构的炭微球,并对其进行磺化处理,得到了表面富含磺酸基的磺化炭微球。通过扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱以及N2吸附-脱附对其结构及性能进行了表征,并考察了反应条件对其催化废油脂酯交换反应性能的影响。实验结果表明:当催化剂用量为废油脂质量的3%,醇油摩尔比为15∶1,反应时间为12 h,反应温度为135℃时,废油脂转化率为100%,且收率可达95.97%。
Mesoporous carbon microspheres were prepared by using m-ethylphenol and formaldehyde as raw materials, sulfonated and sulfonated charcoal microspheres with sulfonic acid groups on the surface were obtained. Its structure and properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and N2 adsorption-desorption. The effects of reaction conditions on the transesterification of waste grease were investigated. The experimental results show that when the amount of catalyst is 3% of the mass of waste grease, the molar ratio of alcohol to oil is 15:1, the reaction time is 12 h and the reaction temperature is 135 ℃, the conversion rate of waste oil is 100% and the yield can reach 95.97%.
