一、武钢高炉炉身结构的变化目前,高炉炉身寿命特别是炉身下部及炉腰,已经成为大型高炉能否长期维持稳产高产的关键。在武钢,1970年之前各高炉基本上是按苏联五十年代的设计建造的。1970年以后,几座高炉利用大修或中修机会进行了结构改造。具体来说,武钢高炉炉身结构采用过以下几种类型。 1.于1958年首先建成投产1965年中修的一号高炉,采用了如图1右边所示的第一种结构。二、三号高炉建设也相继采用过这种设计。它的特点是:炉腰托圈以上设四层扁水箱,其上(炉身下部)为八层(二高炉大修
