13-顺维甲酸(i sotretinoin)常用于治疗痤疮。治疗中眼部问题是已充分认识的并发症。评价此时戴接触眼镜所遇到的眼部问题,以便从治疗开始前即建立咨询指导。在用13-顺维甲酸(1mg/kg/d)治疗的16周期间及以后,共观察了157例患者,询问了特殊的眼部症状,包括干眼症、红眼症、瘙痒、眼部结痂/粘着、畏光、视力模糊。每6~8周嘱患者复诊,检查其眼部症状。结果,1组戴接触眼镜的11例,2组不戴接触眼镜的146例,其眼部合并症的发生率为(1)干眼症:1组7例(64%),2组41例(28%),两组比较,有显著性差异(P=0.05)发生
