优秀的企业文化是企业创造更大的经济效益和获得更大的社会认同的基石所在,企业文化就像企业的一张名片,彰显着企业的独特魅力。因此,作为具有长远战略眼光的企业要想得到长远发展,就必须始终着力于自身文化的建设,不断推陈出新。近年来,作为国有施工企业的中铁隧道股份有限公司,其企业文化建设在理论与实践上取得了突出成绩,对企业的发展产生了广泛而深远的影响。工会工作是推进企业文化的根本,作为企业管理中的重要一环,它对上体现着国家各级工会组织及企业决策层的管理意志,对下关系着广大职工群众的切身利益。对于作为施工企业来说,基层项目组织在整个企业当中具有举足轻重的作用,本文试图在公共企业文化建设方兴未艾的大背景下,就如何有效处理企业项目文化建设与改进工会工作的关系方面进行思考和探析。
