论述了有关资源预留对比走入（walk－in）业务、开环控制对比反馈控制、基于速率控制对比基于窗口控制以及基于路由器控制对比基于住源控制等几个关于高速网中拥塞控制和拥塞避免方法的争论双方的论点。最后指出仅采用一种拥塞控制策略是不够的，只有将几种方法相结合才能在网络中进行较完善的拥塞管理。
This paper discusses several aspects of congestion control and congestion in high-speed networks such as resource reservation versus walk-in service, open-loop control feedback control, rate-control-based window control, and router-based control over source control Arguments to avoid controversy on both sides of the argument. Finally, we point out that it is not enough to use only one congestion control strategy. Only by combining several methods can we implement better congestion management in the network.
