大庆油田某化工厂轻烃球罐,在安装建造8年后开罐检查,发现内表面产生大量裂纹,裂纹主要沿焊缝分布。在这之后每年都开罐检查,核定裂纹的扩展情况。发现裂纹在不断伸展。裂纹的扩展可导致球罐的突然爆裂,国外这种情况多有发生。据英国调查资料表明,由于裂纹而引起的压力容器破坏事故,约占发生事故的89.3%。因而,加强对压力容器的监测是十分重要的。为了保证球罐的安全生产,我们对裂纹进行了分析,采用补焊的方法修复球罐裂纹,并对其修复的可靠性进行了探讨。
