采用旋转涂膜工艺 ,以溶胶 凝胶法在玻璃表面制备了掺杂铈的TiO2 薄膜 .利用高压液相色谱、紫外 可见光分光光度计、扫描电镜和能谱仪等手段对掺杂铈的TiO2 薄膜进行了表征 ,考察了掺杂铈对油酸光催化降解效率及TiO2 薄膜表面晶粒分布的影响 ,并对薄膜的化学成分进行了定性和定量分析 .结果表明 ,掺杂 3%Ce的TiO2 薄膜对油酸有最高的光催化降解效率 ,40 0℃为掺杂铈TiO2 薄膜的最佳热处理温度
