研究了稀土Er添加量对ZL108铝合金共晶硅形貌和拉伸性能的影响,结果表明:随着稀土Er添加量的增加,ZL108铝合金共晶硅微观形貌由块片状转变为枝晶状。当稀土Er添加量为0.6%时,ZL108铝合金可完全变质,拉伸性能达到最佳,其共晶硅平均颗粒长度和长宽比分别为5.84μm和3.89,相比于未变质合金组织分别降低了73.8%和63.0%,其抗拉强度和伸长率达到220.2 MPa和2.5%,分别提高了22.2%和39.0%。稀土Er的添加可以显著提高ZL108铝合金的拉伸性能。
The effect of rare earth Er content on the morphologies and tensile properties of ZL108 aluminum alloy eutectic silicon was investigated. The results showed that the microstructure of ZL108 aluminum alloy eutectic silicon changed from patch to branch with the addition of rare earth Er Crystal. When the content of rare earth Er is 0.6%, the ZL108 aluminum alloy can be completely deteriorated and the tensile properties reach its optimum. The average grain length and aspect ratio of the eutectic silicon are 5.84μm and 3.89, respectively, compared with that of the unmodified alloy Decreased by 73.8% and 63.0%, respectively. The tensile strength and elongation reached 220.2 MPa and 2.5%, which increased by 22.2% and 39.0% respectively. The addition of rare earth Er can significantly improve the tensile properties of ZL108 aluminum alloy.
