现将我们在抢救有机磷中毒病人洗胃中并发急性胃穿孔一例报告如下: 男患,23岁。主诉服浓DDPV50ml,半小时后送我院急救室。即予阿托品5mg肌注,配2％小苏打液用国产灌流式洗胃机洗胃。在洗胃中,患者突感上腹部剧痛,躁动不安,洗胃机回抽无液体,见有少量鲜血,疑胃穿孔,即停洗胃。PE:BP110/70mmHg,神清,烦躁,面色苍白,出冷汗,屈曲位。双侧瞳孔约0.4cm,光反射弱,颈软,心肺(一),腹稍膨,全腹压痛(+),反跳痛(±),肝脾未及,叩呈鼓音,肝浊音界消失,移动性浊音(+),肠鸣音消失。腹透:膈下有游离气体。既往有溃疡病
