一种复合液体速凝剂的研究

本文试验中Al(OH)3、Na OH、Na2Si O3等合成了一种铝酸盐型改性复合液体速凝剂,并对其性能进行了评估。试验表明,速凝剂掺量为5.6%时,基准水泥初凝时间缩短至2min50s,终凝时间为6min30s;1d抗折强度为2.9MPa,1d抗压强度为10.0MPa,28d抗压保留率为94%。另外还探究了钠铝比对速凝剂性能的影响规律和速凝剂与不同水泥的相容性。 In this paper, Al (OH) 3, NaOH, Na2SiO3 and other synthesis of an aluminate-type composite liquid quick-setting agent, and its performance were evaluated. The test shows that when the content of quick-setting admixture is 5.6%, the initial setting time of benchmark cement is shortened to 2min 50s and the final setting time is 6min 30s; the flexural strength at 1d is 2.9MPa, the compressive strength at 1d is 10.0MPa, 94%. In addition, it also explores the effect of sodium / aluminum ratio on the performance of quick-setting admixture and the compatibility of quick-setting admixture with different cements.
