通过煅烧温度、偶联剂用量、煅烧时间三个因素来研究粉煤灰的活化改性条件。将活化改性的粉煤灰填充天然橡胶,测定混炼胶的硫化特性和物理机械性能。结果表明,高温热处理有助于提高粉煤灰对天然橡胶的补强。用硅烷偶联剂KH570改性粉煤灰补强橡胶,其拉伸强度显著增加。当炭黑份数≤20%时,随炭黑的比例增加,拉伸强度快速增加,当炭黑份数>20%时,性能增加的幅度降低。当炭黑比例达到50%时,拉伸强度明显低于炭黑,但300%定伸应力值接近纯炭黑补强天然橡胶。
Through the calcination temperature, the amount of coupling agent, calcination time three factors to study the activation conditions of fly ash. Activated modified fly ash was filled with natural rubber to determine the vulcanization properties and physical mechanical properties of the compound. The results show that high temperature heat treatment helps to improve the reinforcement of natural rubber by fly ash. With silane coupling agent KH570 modified fly ash reinforced rubber, its tensile strength increased significantly. When the proportion of carbon black is less than 20%, the tensile strength increases rapidly with the increase of the proportion of carbon black. When the proportion of carbon black is more than 20%, the increase of performance decreases. When the proportion of carbon black reaches 50%, the tensile strength is obviously lower than that of carbon black, but the value of 300% modulus of elasticity is close to that of pure carbon black to reinforce natural rubber.
