本研究从网站http://maizegdb.org/上获得玉米ZmASR家族的九个成员的DNA、cDNA和氨基酸序列。利用生物信息学的方法对ZmASR家族的九个成员进行基因结构、氨基酸序列、保守结构域、蛋白质二级结构、三级结构、蛋白理化性质、亚细胞定位、亲水和疏水性、潜在的磷酸化位点等方面进行全方位的预测和分析。这不仅丰富了ZmASR蛋白家族基因信息,同时为进一步过渡到体外实验水平和试验方案的制定提供理论依据。为进一步研究玉米ZmASR家族转录因子基因的功能及应用奠定了基础,对于培育玉米抗逆新品种,改善玉米果实品质,促进玉米产业的健康发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。
This study obtained the DNA, cDNA and amino acid sequences of nine members of the ZmASR family of maize from http://maizegdb.org/. Using bioinformatics methods, nine members of the ZmASR family were analyzed for their gene structure, amino acid sequence, conserved domain, protein secondary structure, tertiary structure, protein physicochemical properties, subcellular localization, hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, potential phosphate And other aspects of the full range of prediction and analysis. This not only enriches the ZmASR protein family gene information, but also provides a theoretical basis for the further transition to the experimental level in vitro and the formulation of the experimental protocol. It laid the foundation for further study on the function and application of ZmASR family transcription factor gene in maize, which has important theoretical and practical significance for cultivating new anti-retrograde varieties of corn, improving the quality of maize fruits and promoting the healthy development of maize industry.
