采用程序升温脱附法、极化曲线法、失重法及盐雾试验等方法研究了不同类型的缓蚀剂(胺类化合物、环己酮、乙酰乙酸乙酯及杂环类化合物)对模拟文物──低碳钢试样的缓蚀效率及吸附性能.实验证明,苯并三氮唑(BTA)在较低浓度时对铁器的缓蚀效率要比保护铁器常用的胺类缓蚀剂(碳酸环己胺与亚硝酸二环己胺)更高,并且BIA还具有较低毒性、较易购置等优点.
The effects of different types of corrosion inhibitors (amine compounds, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetoacetate and heterocyclic compounds) on the simulation artifacts were studied by temperature programmed desorption, polarization curve method, weight loss method and salt spray test. Experiments show that benzotriazole (BTA) at a lower concentration of iron corrosion inhibition efficiency than the iron commonly used amines corrosion inhibitors (cyclohexyl carbonate and dicyclohexylamine nitrite) higher, and BIA also has lower toxicity, easier to purchase and so on.
