目的建立工作场所空气中四氢呋喃(THF)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采集空气样品,二硫化碳解吸,经毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。结果 THF在1.78~8 892.00 mg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9。以采集3.00 L空气计算,THF最低检出浓度为0.09 mg/m3,最低定量浓度为0.27 mg/m3。室温下放置过夜时,THF平均解吸效率为94.29%~96.46%,批内、批间相对标准偏差分别为0.30%~0.91%和0.66%~1.23%;THF样品在室温下至少可保存8 d。结论本方法可用于工作场所空气中THF的检测。
Objective To establish a solvent desorption-gas chromatographic method for the determination of tetrahydrofuran (THF) in workplace air. Methods Air samples were collected by activated charcoal tube, desorbed by carbon disulfide, separated by capillary column and detected by flame ionization detector. Results THF had a good linearity between 1.78 and 8 892.00 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. In the calculation of 3.00 L air, the lowest detected concentration of THF was 0.09 mg / m3 and the lowest quantitative concentration was 0.27 mg / m3. The average desorption efficiency of THF was 94.29% ~ 96.46% at room temperature overnight, with relative standard deviations of 0.30% ~ 0.91% and 0.66% ~ 1.23%, respectively. The THF samples were stored at room temperature for at least 8 days. Conclusion This method can be used for the detection of THF in the workplace air.
