机械蒸发技术在处理垃圾渗滤液中的发展和应用

1机械蒸发技术应用的历史机械蒸发技术是将二次蒸汽再压缩做为热源,实现汽化潜热的持续循环利用的蒸发过程。机械蒸发系统被称为MVC蒸发(Mechanical Vapor Compression),或者MVR蒸发(Mechanical Vapor Recompression)。机械蒸发(Mechanical Vaporize Compression,MVC)技术由美国舰船的海水淡化研发,20世纪60年代该技术成功应用于化工、制药等行业,目前世界各国不同行业和领域有上千套系统在运行。在我国,自2006年开始,由于“机械蒸发-离子交换”(简称MVC-DI工艺)技术处理垃圾渗滤液工艺的研发成功,使得蒸发技术得以在渗滤液处理方面成功应用。成功应用的首个工程为潮州市锡岗垃圾卫生填埋场,处理规模为200t/d。2“机械蒸发-离子交换”处理垃圾渗滤液技术“机械蒸发-离子交换”技术工艺流程为:垃圾渗滤 A history of mechanical evaporation technology Mechanical evaporation technology is the secondary steam recompression as a heat source to achieve the latent heat of vaporization of the continuous recycling of the evaporation process. In China, since 2006, the successful development of landfill leachate treatment technology by “mechanical evaporation-ion exchange” (MVC-DI technology) has enabled the successful application of evaporation technology in leachate treatment. 目的 探讨年龄≤65岁的患者中,心脏钙化病变与冠心病之间的关系.方法对386例年龄≤65岁患者(其中158例年龄≤55岁,228例年龄>55岁)同时进行冠状动脉造影和超声心动图检查.结果①与无心脏钙化病变患者比较,心脏钙化病变患者年龄明显偏大(P<0.01),二尖瓣环钙化及主动脉瓣钙化患者高血压和糖尿病的发病率明显增高(P<0.05~0.01),主动脉瓣钙化患者中有吸烟史的比例增加(P<0.05)
