以体育与健康课程的教学理念落实到教学目标、教学内容、教学方法、教学效果为背景,运用文献资料法、逻辑思维法,用“三维健康观”(身体健康、心理健康与社会适应),从我国学生体质状况和学校体育教学现状出发,对学校体育教学现状、运动技术与健康第一的关系、运动技术与终身体育习惯的关系进行分析,认为目前学校的体育教学存在淡化运动技术的现象,但是运动技术是学习体育的基础,是体育课所有的目标与目的的载体;运动技术学习与当前学校体育教学理念中增进健康、终身体育之间是一种相互促进和相辅相成的关系。所以学校体育教育应该更加重视运动技术的教学。

Therefore, physical education in schools should pay more attention to sports technology teaching.
