下颌角是下颌骨骨折的第二位好发部位,作者经过研究,提出应用拉力螺丝钉(lagscrew)治疗下颌骨骨折。其根据是:下颌骨在磨牙区由于有外斜线之故,所以此区比较宽厚。在功能压力下,在这个区域牵引的力量发生在牙槽突,这些解剖的和生物力学的特点,使下颌角骨折,特别适合于用拉力螺丝钉作骨缝合术。本文共治疗18名病人,对骨折的类型、愈合的过程和治疗效果进行了分析,18例均作了随访,效果满意。
Mandibular angle is the second major site of mandibular fracture, the authors after study, proposed the application of lagscrew for the treatment of mandibular fractures. The basis is: mandibular molars in the area due to the external oblique line of the reason, so this area is generous. Under functional pressure, traction in this area occurs in the alveolar process. These anatomic and biomechanical features make the mandibular angle fracture particularly suitable for use with lag screws for osteosynthesis. In this paper, a total of 18 patients were treated, the type of fracture, the healing process and treatment were analyzed, 18 cases were followed up with satisfactory results.
