目的 :探讨选择性减胎术在多胎妊娠中的应用。方法 :对 2例四胎、3例三胎实施在超声引导下经阴道行选择性减胎术。使用穿刺针对心管搏动区进行机械性刺杀 ,促使胎心停跳而达到减胎的目的。结果 :5例中有 4例减胎成功 ,早期流产率为 2 0 %。无近期并发症。手术时间在 10～ 2 5min之间。结论 :选择性减胎术是安全的。在严格掌握适应症后 ,手术的并发症不多。
Objective: To explore the application of selective abortion in multiple pregnancy. Methods: Twenty-four-thirds and three third-trimesters of children underwent ultrasound-guided transabdominal line selective abortion. The use of puncture needle for mechanical beating heart area beating to promote fetal heart rate to stop the purpose of reducing the tire. Results: Four of the five patients succeeded in abortion, with an early miscarriage rate of 20%. No recent complications. Surgery time between 10 ~ 2 5min. Conclusion: Selective abortion is safe. After strict indications, the surgical complications.
