本文介绍了四种蛋白质凝胶电泳方法与技术,指出了各自的应用特点。认为,A-PAGE和IEF/SDS-PAGE电泳比较适宜小麦亲本分类。其中,前者因其对设备要求不太严格,且经济实用,因而具有更为广阔的应用前景。此外,AFLP(扩增片段长度多态性)分析同样也可用于小麦亲本分类研究。
This paper introduces four methods and techniques of protein gel electrophoresis, and points out their respective application characteristics. That, A-PAGE and IEF / SDS-PAGE electrophoresis more suitable for wheat parental classification. Among them, the former because of its less stringent requirements on the equipment, and economical and practical, which has a broader application prospects. In addition, AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) analysis can also be used for wheat parental classification studies.
