我院从1975年开始应用复方马钱子汤为主的中西医结合方法治疗急性感染性多发性神经炎共417例,取得了较好的疗效。417例中男247例、女170例。本组在6～9月份发病者353例(84.7%)。诊断及分型标准按江苏省急性感染性多发性神经炎防治草案的规定。治疗方法全部病例均接受复方马钱子汤治疗,68例增加用激素,其余病例有继发感染者加用抗菌素,极重型采用气管切开和正压呼
