CRTSⅡ型轨道板制造为板式无砟轨道施工技术中的关键技术之一,分为标准轨道板、特殊板和补偿板制造。由于每条铁路线上用到的补偿板的数量少,制作工艺复杂,所以对补偿板很少有单独的论述,但补偿板制造是CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道施工过程中不可缺少的关键技术。补偿板的外型尺寸基本同标准轨道板,但它的长度较标准轨道板短,因此用到的钢筋长度、混凝土量、预埋套管与标准轨道板相比都少。补偿板与标准轨道板相比,最大的区别在于采用了单向的单根预应力钢筋张拉法和预埋套筒式的起吊方式。
One of the key technologies in the construction of slab ballastless track is the manufacture of CRTS Ⅱ track slab. It is divided into standard track slabs, special slabs and compensation plates. Because of the small number of compensation plates used in each railway line and the complicated manufacturing process, there is seldom discussion on the compensation plates. However, the manufacture of compensation plates is an indispensable key technology in the construction of CRTS Ⅱ slab ballastless track. The size of the compensating plate is basically the same as that of the standard track plate, but its length is shorter than that of the standard track plate. Therefore, the length of the reinforcing bar, the amount of concrete used and the buried sleeve are less than those of the standard track plate. The biggest difference between the compensation plate and the standard track plate is that the unidirectional single prestressed steel tensioning method and the embedded sleeve lifting method are adopted.
