目的:研究田蓟苷(tilianin)对大鼠血脂水平和炎症因子的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠60只随机分为6组,即正常对照组,模型组,辛伐他汀组(2.5 mg.kg-1.d-1),田蓟苷高剂量组(5.0 mg.kg-1.d-1),田蓟苷中剂量组(2.5 mg.kg-1.d-1),田蓟苷低剂量组(1.5 mg.kg-1.d-1)。正常对照组给予普通鼠饲料喂养,其余组采用喂养高脂饲料加灌胃维生素D32次的方法建立大鼠动脉粥样硬化模型,连续给药12周后,检测大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、大鼠肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)炎性因子的含量。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组TC(29.6±3.52)mmol.L-1,TG(2.63±0.41)mmol.L-1,LDL-C(5.51±0.76)mmol.L-1,IL-1(18.3±1.86)ng.L-1,IL-6(49.7±6.77)ng.L-1,TNF-α(68.5±8.26)ng.L-1,hs-CRP(11.1±1.14)μg.L-1,水平明显升高,HDL-C(2.87±0.52)mmol.L-1,水平明显降低(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,田蓟苷药物组可以显著降低血清TC,TG,LDL-C,IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α和hs-CRP水平,明显提高血清HDL-C水平(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:田蓟苷可通过它的调脂和抗炎作用发挥抗大鼠动脉粥样硬化作用。
Objective: To study the effect of tilianin on blood lipids and inflammatory factors in rats. Methods: Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group, model group, simvastatin group (2.5 mg.kg-1.d-1), high dose of silymarin group (5.0 mg.kg -1.d-1), silymarin middle dose group (2.5 mg.kg-1.d-1) and silymarin low dose group (1.5 mg.kg-1.d-1). The rats in normal control group were fed with normal rat feed, while the rest rats were fed with high fat diet and gavaged with vitamin D32 for atherosclerosis model. After continuous administration for 12 weeks, serum total cholesterol (TC) TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, IL-1, IL-6, rat tumor The levels of TNF-α and hs-CRP were measured. Results Compared with the normal control group, the levels of TC (29.6 ± 3.52) mmol.L-1, TG (2.63 ± 0.41) mmol.L-1 and LDL-C 1 (18.3 ± 1.86) ng.L-1, IL-6 (49.7 ± 6.77) ng.L-1 and TNF-α (68.5 ± 8.26) ng.L-1 and hs-CRP L-1, and the level of HDL-C (2.87 ± 0.52) mmol.L-1 significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, the silymarin group significantly reduced the levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C, IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α and hs-CRP, and significantly increased the level of serum HDL-C , P <0.05). Conclusion: Silymarin exerts anti-atherosclerosis effect through its lipid-lowering and anti-inflammatory effects.
