目的 :观察高效皮质类固醇激素局部注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床效果。方法 :1993年 6月～2 0 0 0年 6月间应用曲安缩松混悬液局部注射治疗门诊 5 7例婴幼儿血管瘤 ,其中海绵状血管瘤 38例 ,毛细血管瘤 19例。结果 :经注射后临床效果显著 ,有效率达 94 73% ,治愈率 73 6 8%。结论 :曲安缩松混悬液局部注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤 ,作用迅速、持久、可靠 ,是治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的有效方法
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of high-dose corticosteroid injection on infantile hemangiomas. Methods: From July 1993 to June 2000, 55 cases of infantile hemangiomas were treated by topical injection of triamcinolone acetonide suspension, including 38 cases of cavernous hemangiomas and 19 cases of capillary hemangiomas. Results: After injection, the clinical effect was remarkable, the effective rate was 94 73% and the cure rate was 73 6 8%. Conclusion: The local injection of triamcinolone acetonide suspension for the treatment of infantile hemangiomas has rapid, long-lasting and reliable effects and is an effective method for the treatment of infantile hemangiomas
