村级“三个代表”重要思想学习教育活动(简称学教活动)结束后,我区从今年3月15日至5月底,利用两个半月的时间,在全区480个行政村的党支部知村委会班子全体成员中,集中开展了村级学习教育回查工作。开展这次回查活动,中央和市委并没有统一要求。我们为什么要搞呢?因为从三个多月的学教括动看,全区480个村都狠抓了整改方案的落实,取得了阶段性成果。但是,还存在一些涉及长远、需要中长期解决的问题。同时,快速发展的形势对农村工作又提出了新的要求。因此,我们决定下大力气搞好回查活动,促进整改措施的进一步落实,巩固和扩大去年学教活动取得的阶段性成果,真正做到取信于民,使干部经常受教育,让农民长期得实惠。这次回查活动,有两个重点:一是全面回查,查看在学教活动中排查出的整改问题是否得到落实;二是集中力量解决全区重点村存在的突出问题。
After the end of the study and education activities at the village level and the important thought of Three Represents (abbreviated as “learning and teaching activities”), from March 15 to the end of May this year, using two and a half months’ time, Party branch known to all members of the village committee, focused on the village-level education review work. Therefore, we decided to go all out to do a good job in checking back activities, promote the further implementation of rectification measures, consolidate and expand the phased achievements made in last year’s academic and teaching activities, and truly win the trust of the people so that cadres will have regular education so that farmers will have long-term gains Affordable. The review activities, there are two key points: First, a comprehensive review to see if rectification problems identified in the teaching activities have been implemented; the second is to focus on solving the prominent problems in key villages in the region.
