近年来对老式箱式炉的节能技术改造做了很多工作,除用硅酸铝纤维毡贴覆炉膛外,我们通过实践认为:当炉子大修时,采用复合使用高强度轻质砖和硅酸铝纤维制品的综合改造法具有较好的效果,现介绍如下。一、改造方法1.结构(见图1):(1)按炉内各部分受力情况不同除采用高铝砖外,还分别采用了比重为1.3、0.8、0.6、0.4克重/厘米~3的高强度轻质砖做为炉膛砖。
