采用超声空化辅助法制备了机械传动轴用石墨烯改性新型材料,对新材料进行OM、SEM和XRD分析,以及力学性能和耐磨损性能的测试。结果表明:该新型材料由α-Fe基体、TiC相和石墨烯组成,具有优异的力学性能和耐磨损性能。与商用40Cr钢相比,该新型材料的屈服强度增加47.1%、屈服强度增加41.9%、伸长率增加46.2%、冲击吸收功增加46.9%,-40℃磨损体积减小49.0%、20℃磨损体积减小45.9%、80℃磨损体积减小55.8%。
A new material modified with graphene for mechanical transmission shaft was prepared by ultrasonic cavitation assisted method. The new material was analyzed by OM, SEM and XRD, and the mechanical properties and wear resistance were tested. The results show that the new material consists of α-Fe matrix, TiC phase and graphene, which has excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance. Compared with commercial 40Cr steel, the yield strength of the new material increases by 47.1%, the yield strength increases by 41.9%, the elongation increases by 46.2%, the impact absorption power increases by 46.9%, the wear volume decreases by 49.0% at -40 ° C, the wear at 20 ° C 45.9% reduction in volume and 80.8% reduction in wear volume by 55.8%.
