从理论和试验两方面对残碳在渣油中的沉淀特性进行了研究。研究表明 ,残碳的沉淀特性既与残碳本身的粒度分布及密度分布有关 ,又与渣油的温度、粘度、密度有关 ;降低渣油的储存温度 ,可以减缓残碳的沉降 ;在残碳密度与渣油密度接近时 ,残碳不会沉淀。因此 ,对于不稳定的渣油 ,其储存、加热的温度应加以控制。
The precipitation characteristics of residual carbon in residual oil were studied both theoretically and experimentally. The results show that the precipitation characteristics of residual carbon are related to both the particle size distribution and density distribution of residual carbon and the temperature, viscosity and density of residual oil. Reducing the storage temperature of residual oil can reduce the sedimentation of residual carbon. When the density and residue density close, the residual carbon will not precipitate. Therefore, for unstable residue, its storage, heating temperature should be controlled.
