用经食道双平面超声心动图检查５４例患者，全部均能顺利插入食道探头，无严重并发症发生。结果表明对诊断左心耳血栓、房间隔、左侧心瓣膜及胸主动脉病变经食道超声心动图（ＴＥＥ）明显优于经胸壁超声心动图（ＴＴＥ）。
54 patients with transesophageal bi-plane echocardiography were successfully inserted into the esophageal probe without serious complications. The results show that transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) is superior to transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) in the diagnosis of atrial appendage thrombus, atrial septal, left heart valve and thoracic aortic lesions.
