目的:检测乳癌组织中BCSG1、MMP-2及ETS-1蛋白的表达。方法:收集人乳腺浸润性导管癌标本40例、癌周不典型增生组织40例及癌周正常乳腺组织40例,采用Westernblot法检测3种组织中BCSG1、MMP-2及ETS-1蛋白的表达情况。结果:3种组织中BCSG1、MMP-2及ETS-1蛋白的表达差异有统计学意义(FBCSG1=105.032,FETS-1=81.343,FMMP-2=112.570,P均<0.001),且乳癌组织中以上3种蛋白的表达均高于癌周不典型增生组织及癌周正常乳腺组织(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移的乳癌组织中3者的表达均高于无淋巴结转移的乳癌组织(P<0.05)。乳癌组织中BCSG1的表达与ETS-1及MMP-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.664、0.810,P<0.05)。结论:BCSG1、MMP-2及ETS-1与乳癌的浸润转移密切相关。
Objective: To detect the expression of BCSG1, MMP-2 and ETS-1 in breast cancer. Methods: Forty cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast, 40 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 40 cases of normal breast tissue were collected. Western blot was used to detect the expression of BCSG1, MMP-2 and ETS-1 Happening. Results: The expressions of BCSG1, MMP-2 and ETS-1 in three tissues were significantly different (FBCSG1 = 105.032, FETS-1 = 81.343, FMMP-2 = 112.570, P <0.001) The expression of the above three proteins were all higher than those in atypical hyperplasia tissues and normal breast tissues (P <0.05). The expression of 3 in breast cancer with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in breast cancer without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of BCSG1 in breast cancer was positively correlated with the expression of ETS-1 and MMP-2 (r = 0.664,0.810, P <0.05). Conclusion: BCSG1, MMP-2 and ETS-1 are closely related to infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer.
