目的研究松花粉抗前列腺的药理作用。方法本实验采用腹腔注射丙酸睾酮的方式制作前列腺增生小鼠模型,将雄性小鼠分成空白组、模型组、阳性对照组、高中低剂量的治疗组,治疗组灌服松花粉水煎溶液,观察前列腺湿重及前列腺指数的变化。结果包括空白组在内的五组各与模型组比较,小鼠前列腺湿重及前列腺指数低于模型组;其他五组之间比较,小鼠前列腺湿重及前列腺指数无明显差异。结论松花粉对注射丙酸睾酮造模的后小鼠BPH有抑制作用,其作用机理可能与抑制双氢睾酮的表达有关。
Objective To study the anti-prostate pharmacological effects of pine pollen. Methods The model of benign prostatic hyperplasia was made by intraperitoneal injection of testosterone propionate. The male mice were divided into blank group, model group, positive control group and high and low dose treatment groups. The treatment group was given the solution of pine pollen decoction, Observed changes in prostate wet weight and prostate index. Results Compared with the model group, the wet weight of the prostate and the prostate index of the five groups including the blank group were lower than those of the model group. There was no significant difference between the other five groups in the wet weight of the prostate and the prostate index. Conclusions Pine pollen can inhibit BPH injection in test mice after injection of testosterone propionate, and its mechanism may be related to inhibition of DHT expression.
