我厂皮圈架的铆合工序,过去由手工操作。这不但产量低,而且铆合松紧不一,质量也差。后来虽改用机动铆模,并曾试用多种形式装置,其中包括利用转盘送料。但这些设计不是失之太繁,加工精密度要求高;就是失之於操作上不安全。后来经过著名的陆阿狗小组劳动模范应忠发同志的独创思考,及技术人员的帮助,全组同志的配合,经过多次实际试验,成功了这种复合机动铆模,克服了上述缺点。这种铆模不但提高了产量与质量,而且还附有机动送料进退装置,保证了冲铆时的安全。
The riveting process of our factory’s apron frame has been manually operated in the past. This is not only low in output but also unevenly riveted and of poor quality. Later, instead of using mobile rivets, various types of devices were tried, including the use of turntables for feeding. However, these designs are not too complex and require high processing precision; they are not operationally safe. Later, through the original thinking of the famous Lu Agou team model comrade Comrade Zhong Zhongfa and the help of technical personnel, the cooperation of the entire group of comrades, after many practical trials, succeeded in this kind of compound mobile riveting mode, overcoming the above shortcomings. This riveting die not only increases the output and quality, but also attaches a motorized feed forward/retreating device, which ensures the safety when punching and riveting.
