目的探讨IL-8、TNF-α在COPD不同时期的变化和临床意义。方法选择48例COPD急性加重期患者分为非机械通气组与机械通气组,经治疗后为缓解期组与顺利脱机组,分别检测四组血清IL-8、TNF-α浓度进行比较分析。结果机械通气组IL-8、TNF-α水平在COPD急性发作期明显高于非机械通气组,经治疗后二者水平明显下降,但顺利脱机组仍明显高于缓解期组。结论 IL-8、TNF-α参与了COPD气道炎症过程,动态检测COPD急性加重期患者血清IL-8、TNF-α水平有助于判断病情的严重程度及预后。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of IL-8 and TNF-α in different stages of COPD. Methods Forty-eight patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were divided into non-mechanical ventilation group and mechanical ventilation group. After treatment, the patients in remission group and the successful off-line group were detected serum IL-8 and TNF-α concentrations comparatively. Results The levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in the mechanical ventilation group were significantly higher than those in the non-mechanical ventilation group during the acute exacerbation of COPD. However, the levels of IL-8 and TNF-α in the mechanical ventilation group were significantly lower than those in the remission group. Conclusions IL-8 and TNF-α are involved in the airway inflammatory process in COPD. The dynamic detection of IL-8 and TNF-α levels in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD may help to determine the severity and prognosis of COPD.
