在卫生陶瓷喷釉操作中,釉浆粘度和吸干时间对喷釉生产有重要影响。笔者研究了在羧甲基纤维素加入量不变的前提下,使用常规电解质来调控釉浆的吸干速度。试验结果表明:氯化钠和烧碱对加快釉浆干燥速度有明显效果。
In the sanitary glaze spray glaze operation, the glaze viscosity and drying time spray glaze production has a significant impact. The author studied the carboxymethyl cellulose in the same amount of premise, the use of conventional electrolyte to control glaze slurry absorption rate. The test results show that sodium chloride and caustic soda have a significant effect on speeding up the glaze drying speed.
