采用液晶b-PBPeB为GC分析的固定液,麝香的乙醚提取液在此柱上可同时分析其所含的雄酮类激素,麝香酮和胆固醇等组分。通过对13批进口麝香的比较分析,认为用本研究的方法评估麝香的的质量是简便易行、且令人满意的。
The liquid b-PBPeB was used as the fixative for GC analysis. The ether extract of musk on this column was used to simultaneously analyze the components of androsterone, musk ketone and cholesterol contained therein. Through the comparative analysis of 13 batches of imported musk, it is considered that the method used to evaluate the quality of musk is simple, easy and satisfactory.
