现阶段,不断变化和发展的市场经济形势对我国的煤矿企业的生存、发展和完善都提出了新要求,在加上,煤矿企业自身经营管理中存在的一些问题,这种环境之下,煤矿企业只有通过不断的创新来完善自身的经营和管理,促进其核心竞争力的提高,实现其健康和长久发展,而企业员工在煤矿企业的发展中起着举足轻重的作用,为此,我国的煤矿企业开始通过创新组织人事工作来实现其战略目标,维持可持续发展,本文在分析煤矿企业组织人事工作存在问题的基础上,提出了创新组织人事工作的对策,以增强煤矿企业竞争力。
