研究了高强度 Cu- Ni- Si合金时效析出特性。结果表明 ,合金经大幅度冷变形再时效可加速析出过程 ,析出物具有与 δ- Ni2 Si相似的正交晶格 ,时效时由于析出相变而形成了较特殊的再结晶过程
The aging precipitation behavior of high strength Cu-Ni-Si alloy was studied. The results show that the alloy can be precipitated by a substantial cold deformation and re-aging. The precipitates have the similar orthogonal lattice with δ-Ni2Si, and the precipitates form a special recrystallization process due to the precipitation phase transformation
