目的建立尿中铅的氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱测定方法。方法取尿样5 ml,混合酸消化后,在铁氰化钾-草酸-盐酸体系条件下,选用最佳仪器条件,采用标准曲线法定量分析。结果测定0-50.00μg/L浓度范围内的标准系列溶液,线性关系良好(r>0.999),线性范围0- 500.00μg/L;检出限为0.43μg/L;回收率为90.5%-104.8%;相对标准偏差为1.96%~3.52%。结论该方法灵敏、准确,线性范围宽,是测定尿中铅的理想方法。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of lead in urine by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Urine samples (5 ml) were mixed and digested with mixed acid. Under the conditions of potassium ferricyanide - oxalic acid - hydrochloric acid system, the best instrument condition was selected and the standard curve method was used for quantitative analysis. Results The standard series of solutions with the concentration range of 0-50.00 μg / L had a good linearity (r> 0.999) with a linear range of 0-500.00 μg / L with a detection limit of 0.43 μg / L. The recovery was 90.5% -104.8%; The relative standard deviation was 1.96% ~ 3.52%. Conclusion The method is sensitive, accurate and has a wide linear range. It is an ideal method for the determination of lead in urine.
