本文对电镀行业固定资产投资项目节能评估工作进行了研究:在解读电镀行业污染整治政策法规、标准等评估依据的基础上,根据相关电镀指标确定评估方法。同时探讨了电镀工艺技术和生产设备水平,并提供了电镀面积的估算方法。给出项目供配电负荷和能耗及能耗指标的核算常用方法,并着重介绍了供配电负荷的测算过程。最后提出了电镀行业节能评估项目中应该注意的一些问题供参考。
This paper studies the energy-saving evaluation of fixed assets investment projects in the electroplating industry. Based on the assessment of the policies, regulations and standards for pollution remediation in electroplating industry, the assessment methods are determined according to the relevant electroplating indicators. Also discussed the electroplating process technology and production equipment level, and provides a plating area estimation method. The common methods for calculating the load distribution, energy consumption and energy consumption index of the project are given, and the calculation process of the load for distribution and distribution is emphatically introduced. At last, some problems which should be noticed in the energy-saving evaluation project of electroplating industry are put forward for reference.
