用多点胞内记录方法在鲫鱼Mauthner细胞(M细胞)胞体和腹侧树突探测了脊髓刺激诱发的脊髓EPSP前电位(简称前电位)和逆向动作电位的分布情况。结果表明,前电位在胞体处幅度最大,沿腹侧树突幅度逐渐降低。其衰减扩布的空间常数约为500μm,明显大于逆向动作电位沿同样方向扩布时的空间常数330μm。提示中介前电位的突触比较集中地排列在胞体附近,沿腹侧树突也有少量散在分布。
Spinal cord stimulation-induced spinal cord EPSP anterior potential (APE) and reverse action potentials were detected by multipoint intracellular recording in Mauthner cells (M-cell) and ventral dendrites. The results showed that the anterior potential in the cell body at the largest amplitude, along the ventral dendritic amplitude decreased. The space constant of attenuation attenuation is about 500μm, which is obviously larger than the space constant of 330μm when the reverse action potential is spread in the same direction. Suggesting that the potential before the mediator synapses concentrated in the vicinity of the cell body concentrated along the ventral dendrites also scattered a small amount.
