为实现双向互动省地协调电压控制中协调决策的目标,研究了双向互动省地协调电压控制中的协调策略生成与执行方法。首先,提出了省地双向互动协调策略的生成方法,设计了关口协调状态转移图,直观表达上下级AVC系统相互配合准则;然后,分别提出了适用于省级电网的扩展协调二级电压控制和适用于地区电网的规则化方法,实现省地两级电网的相互支撑。仿真算例及现场运行结果均证明了所提方法可行、有效。
In order to realize the goal of coordinating decision-making in voltage control by two-way interaction and land-saving, the coordination strategy generation and execution method in two-way interaction and land-based coordination voltage control are studied. First of all, this paper puts forward a method for generating bi-directional interactive coordination strategy between provinces and prefectures, designs a gateway coordination state transition diagram, and visually expresses the coordination rules between upper and lower AVC systems. Then, it proposes the extended coordinated two-level voltage control Regulated method for regional power grids to achieve mutual support of provincial and municipal power grids. Simulation results and field operation results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
