随着新课程的不断改革,对教师的教学行为提出更高的要求,其中包括高中体育教师在教学过程中应不断的进行反思。反思性教学是在体育教师不断进行自我反思的基础上,通过调整控制教学的过程以及改善其教学方式的手段,促使高中体育教学更具针对性和实效性。此外,反思性教学有助于教师在反思其教学行为后,对新的教学理念和教学模式进行重新构建,从而有效的提升其自身与学生的综合素质发展水平,由此说明,反思性教学在新课程视角下的高中体育课堂教学中具有重要价值。
With the continuous reform of the new curriculum, teachers’ teaching behaviors are put forward higher requirements, including high school PE teachers should conduct continuous reflection in the teaching process.
